Is this legal advice?

No. ClinicAdCheck is automated software. It compares your public pages with published state dental boards' advertising standards. It is not a law firm and does not give legal advice.

Are you connected to my state dental board?

No. We are not affiliated with, approved or endorsed by any state dental board or regulator. We use their names only to identify the standards we check.

Will a clean scan protect me from a complaint?

No. Findings may be wrong or incomplete, and a clean scan does not mean your state dental board will find your advertising compliant.

What does "Uncertain: verify yourself" mean?

The software found something that might be an issue but is not confident. Read it and decide yourself.

Which pages do you read?

Up to 20 public pages of your site for the free scan and for Fix Solo, Watch and re-scans, and up to 60 for Fix Group (multi-location). We use your sitemap first, then links from your homepage, and read the pages most likely to carry advertising claims first: services and treatments, about, team and doctor pages, pricing, offers and specials, patient feedback pages, before-and-after galleries and contact. We skip files such as PDFs and images, login and cart pages and duplicate addresses. Pages are read as they appear on the scan date. We never log in, never submit your forms and do not read your Google Business Profile in this version.

Can I send you patient questions or records?

No. Do not send patient information. Messages containing it are deleted automatically, unread.

How do you know I manage the website?

If your email comes from the website's own domain, that usually confirms it. Otherwise we send a code to publish on your site as a meta tag, a text file or a DNS record.

How much is it?

The scan is free. Fixes start at US$9 each. Once your picks pass US$149, the cart switches to Fix Solo at US$149. Watch is US$19/month. Prices are in USD.

What is the difference between Review and Auto mode?

In Review mode you see every change first. In v1 all fixes are delivered as paste-in text, so you always publish them yourself. Auto mode only matters once direct edits are offered, and needs you to accept separate Auto-edit terms.

Do you cover my state?

Not yet. Each state needs its own reviewed rules pack. Email us your website and state and we will tell you when yours opens.

How do I unsubscribe?

Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or reply STOP. STOP ends offers; STOP ALL ends every message. Requests are processed within 10 business days, usually immediately.
